Beautification

The mission of the Holly Hills Special Business District Beautification & Landscaping Committee is to bring our neighbors together to beautify our vibrant community founded in 1927.  In order to foster a sense of place and identity, we will work to ensure our streets and alleys are kept clean, enhance our green spaces, support our community garden, and celebrate historic Carondelet Park.  Our values reflect natural simplicity, sustainability, and inclusion.  Our hope is that when residents and visitors enter our neighborhood, they will know they have arrived in Holly Hills, a gem of a place.

Committee meetings are held the 1st Thursday of each month at the YMCA and are open to the public.  Meetings begin at 6:45pm. (There will be no committee meeting in December)

Holly Hills Branding & Landscaping Presentation

We welcome the Holly Hills community to review the presentation from our contractors, Ten8 Group (signage and placemaking firm) and SWT Design (landscape architecture firm).

Holly Hills neighborhood entrance markers will be placed Spring 2025.

You may have seen elements in action already, like fire hydrants and flower beds. Please note that this is a long project, and we will be in the process of beautifying Holly Hills throughout 2025.
