Committee meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday of each month at St. Stephen Protomartyr and are open to the public. Meetings run from 7pm to 8pm and are held in the Parish Center in the basement of the school building. Please enter through the double doors on the north side of the parking lot beneath the bell tower.

Drawing for improvements under consideration by the HHSBD Infrastructure Committee were presented to the Board at the June 16, 2026 Board Meeting. Your feedback on these plans would be greatly appreciated. There are 4 potential drawings under consideration and NO PLAN IS FINAL at this date. The HHSBD will work closely with the City of St. Louis and our elected alderpersons to finalize any future improvements.
