Meetings
The Holly Hills SBD Board of Director meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the basement of Epiphany Lutheran Church at 4045 Holly Hills, St. Louis, MO 63116. The Holly Hills SBD committee meetings are held bi-monthly at various locations throughout the neighborhood. All meetings are open to the public.
Who We Serve
The Holly Hills SBD boundaries
follow the original Holly Hills Improvement Association boundaries from 1929 that are still in place today. They are to the center line of Bates Street to the north, to the center line of Grand Blvd to the east, to the center line of Morgan Ford Road to the west, and to the center line of Loughborough Ave to the south.
RFP/RFIs
Request For Proposal (RFP) and Request For Information (RFI) documents are created and publicized to ensure that the Holly Hills SBD is receiving the best possible products and pricing from vendors. Holly Hills SBD committees reviews proposals and make recommendations to the Holly Hills SBD Board for approval.
