Committees
The Holly Hills Special Business District (SBD) Board of Directors plans to implement at least three committees associated with beautification, infrastructure, and safety and security. The committee’s responsibilities may include preparing Request for Proposal (RFP’s), overseeing the bid process for services, giving direction to contractors, keeping committee meeting records, gathering input from the greater Holly Hills community, and overall making recommendations to the SBD Board of Directors.
